Author, and World Hunger Program Coordinator, George Johnson, will be presenting the “Secret Message of Jesus” A presentation teaching ways the bible shows us to love our neighbor. George Johnson, a Lutheran Pastor with vast experience in leading groups actively fighting hunger, will begin with a bible study, and then show us how we can present the case for fighting poverty to others. It will be sure to be thought-provoking, and will equip you to move beyond a mere intellectual desire to love your neighbor to a realm in which you participate in the fight to end extreme poverty.

Our meeting will feature live music with local singer/songwriter Donny Lovette.
